🔹 Governing Board
Best for: Strategic thinkers, policy experts, legal or financial professionals
Role: High-level oversight, mission protection, and long-term organizational direction
Seats: 7–12 core members
🔹 Sector Leadership Board
Best for: Professionals in healthcare, housing, workforce, recovery, security, or case management
Role: Help shape operations, quality standards, and sector-specific recommendations
Seats: Up to 60 across all core sectors
🔹 Advisory Board
Best for: Advocates, creatives, and mission-aligned individuals with lived experience or public reach
Role: Expand visibility, offer insights, and influence momentum from the outside in
